I've been a sick girl eversince school started ):
So these few days has been tiring, maybe the after effects of holidays.
mr low had to remind us that prelims is in around 7 weeks time.
Anyway, the main thing for today is the canteen.
woah. suck. The stalls and all changed, few more vending machines were added around the school. BUT, the food taste so much worst than before, now we've got no nice food to eat and we have to bring lunch boxes to school.
Just like what melodie, belinda and i did.

The worst part is the price is like so much higher, they think what? daylight robbery ah? This is a school, the students are very poor okay.
The last half year in school is totally ruined ):
During SS lesson today, everyone was very sian, like half dead. At the moment mr anthony asked about the canteen, all of us suddenly became alive again, ya, he could sense the enthusiasm.
We had so much to comment about. haha.
PE today was rewarding, except the part i had to face my height and weight.
teacher says its a normal procedure what, take measurements everytime after we get back from holidays. boo.
This mr choo is so weird, he took over ms kaur today,
after taking measurements, he was asking if we wanted to
1. Go play games
2. Stay at the study area there to slack.
3. Go back to class
HAHAHAHA, like which teacher would ever say that right.
We chose to play captains ball instead and it was damn fun.
Our group won both times :D but it was really tiring.
Then right, that mr choo WENT TO PICK THE BALL FOR US when it went out of the court!

Sentosa was the last regatta this year before O's,
and desiree is totally stopping already ):
First day was damn strong wind, capsized and lost super many positions. Nothing really nice to talk about because the day was bad.
jiao lian was really encouraging,
he says it was the wind's fault that it was too strong, not our fault, haha.
Anyway then there was NO wind at all the next day and it was AP the whole day until four plus in the afternoon then we went home, practically wasted our time doing nothing.
Hazel was smart enough,
she brought her chemistry and other homework to do, i became her tuitor for the day.
Got slotted into our fleets after the third day and i did equally badly as well.
Ser Gin thought i was crying when i was applying my sunblock.
Friday was light wind,
i lost the ability to sail in light wind properly after leaving jeremy's squad la, its very sad and depressing to see more than half of the fleet finishing before you ): Dropped till fourth even in silver and i swore to do better the next day. no more first already.
Last day was the bomb, not exactly very pleasing but it was really fun.
Wenny came too, missed her cause we havent met for a long time.
During briefing, jiao lian said it was light wind, but confirm no AP and there'll be races. So we launched super early, including all the optimist.
Then when we went out, the wind died, totally no more, and the current was very strong.
All of us drifted and hung around the power boat. the guys were shouting " tamade jiao lian! mei you feng!"
HAHAHA, amusing. Then the OD boat came out from nsc and flew AP. more swear words came out.
Then we decided to sail back to shore but half of us sort of paddled back.
We tied our boats on the buoy and it looked really cute.

Jiao lian didn't want to fetch us back to shore and many of them were procrastinating for a LONG time and finally gave in, haha.
Okay, walked to nsc from sea sports and saw gabriel and jason on the way. They walked so much just to hitch a ride.
prize presentation was quite early. The prize was very cheapo, like a small flag and a voucher.
Went for dinner at some hong kong cafe and we were staring at the tv half the time cause theres no tv at home. I just realised there's no more sailing for me until O's, except when i transfer boat back to the club ):

i know i havent updated for one week (:
Cousin's wedding dinner was a bomb,
i'll post the pictures up soon after i upload them.
i'm feeling like a slacker because i haven't done any proper revision,
just finished my homework and nothing else.
the three physics paper given three months ago is untouched.
and this just reminded me that its 8 more weeks to prelims, i'm going to die.
Sentosa regatta is taking up almost the whole of my two precious weeks of holiday.
The first day was torture, i think the wind went up to more than 15 knots (which is equals to 27km/h on land).
bruises and aching body eveywhere, haha.
hazel can't walk properly either.
Today there wasn't any wind, probably only 4 knots so we didn't sail at all.
Waste my entire day waiting, but i became hazel's tuition teacher for the day :D
Okays, update some other day.

HAPPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY!
haha, this was meant for yesterday.
I think she had a good time receiving gifts and all.
They came home at around 5 plus and brought a prima deli box home, so i thought they bought a cake or something,
but actually it was her employees who bought her the cake.
how sweet! :D
then we goobled the rest down.
Later they brought us to swim, first we went to the pool at ngee ann, then we saw the people having practice, throwing balls around the pool.
Being us, we didn't want to swim there anymore cause there was only two lanes for us to swim and there was this guy in the other pool stoning.
We didn't know what he was doing, so better don't go and swim, scarly he's some pervert or something.
Then daddy drove around the whole campus and showed us around, because they studied there probably 20 years ago and they told us about the things that they did when they were still like school boy and school girl.
haha
Changed location and went to the alumni club house instead.
The place was so fascinating, my dad conviniently suggested to buy a house that huge.
HAHAHA, people would DIE cleaning it.
imagine cleaning all the bird poo in the pool. eew.
So we swam for one hour plus, and my arms started aching.
omg, see, i've been a pig and i havent swam for like half a year already.
we sat at the jucuzzi (sp?) area and let the bubbles shoot us for a short while and went to bath already.
THE WOMAN AT THE BATHROOM SAID I LOOK EIGHTEEN.
mad.
She didn't believe my mother was my mother too.
woman: these are your children?
mummy: ya.
woman: are you sure?
mummy: yes, four of them.
woman: but you are still so young!
thanks, but an air stewardess didn't let my mother drink red wine because she thought she was under 18. -_-
Then we went for dinner at the cafe, after ordering all the food, my parents realise they don't accept nets, so they didn't have cash.
The aunty there was so kind! She allowed us to eat without paying first then come back and pay tomorrow.
But, my sister and i went to the car and dug for money.
I found enough to pay for the dinner :)
After dinner, we didn't want to go home and thought of going to see stars. Then we couldn't think of a good place to really SEE them, so we went home ):
oh yes! we're staying over at the club during the weekend.
I realise that prelim is 8 weeks away.

The revolving restaurant turns approximately one round per hour (:
the scenery is one of the best.
Went there after sailing last sunday,
it was so fascinating, we couldn't believe that it was actually turning.
Then i realised that the scenery was changing,
and the counter was moving. hahahaha
Its like the best dinner i ever had (:
Monday was back to school and we just got scolded again,
this time, she called us morons. yah, mental retardation.
We had to see her face on Tuesday again, had chem prac in the lab and had our test there.
She was yaking and yaking away when we were doing the paper.
saying that we only have 5 more minutes to finish the test and if we cannot finish it means we don't know our work.
how were we supposed to concentrate when she was creating noise pollution?
the "real" holidays is starting next week, i bet they are going to drown us in work.
maybe i should just pon friday, then i won't get it.

i am so ultimately annoyed at this person that i need to rant rant rant.
these few days, we have been taught organic chemistry and there is loads of structures to play around with,
knowing her, she wouldn't use a textbook, make us take down all the notes and do lots of examples in our notebook as home work.
her: girls, i want some of you to come to the board and do the examples. index no. blah blah blah.
student: erm, what if i don't know how to do some of the questions?
her: HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO DO?! I TAUGHT YOU ALL THE CONCEPTS ALREADY RIGHT?!
(student just went to the board to do)
her: okay, now i want to do spot check, index __ show me your notebook.
student2: (shows her notebook)
her: RUBBISH! what is this? you don't even know your valency! if you don't know then don't even waste your time and do your home work!
How are the students supposed to not do their homework when they don't know how to do when she insist and demand that we do it, if not we shall just go out of the class?
She loves to create confusion and irony so that people don't know what to do, sometimes, what she says just totally don't make any sense.
She's like a monster that would flare up and explode anytime, like a bomb. we figured that we should just shut up.
Enough of ranting,
had training yesterday and i havent sailed in strong wind for a long time,
stretched like mad please.
hahaha, val and i were lamenting.
